1-800LoanMart is getting very excited for tonight’s Clippers game against the New Orleans Hornets. Everyone at the 1-800LoanMart title loans office can’t wait to see if our official partners will be able to get revenge against the New Orleans Hornets. When Lob City went down to New Orleans last Thursday, the Clippers had just lost two games in two days and could not put the points up on the board. The Clippers are coming off a win this time and they should be plenty rested.
This past Saturday, the Clippers returned to the Staples Center after a week on the road and finished strong with a triple digit win against the Memphis Grizzlies. The Grizzlies are a pretty good team, so this was a well-deserved victory for Lob City. Mo Williams unfortunately had to sit this one out again due to his sprained toe, but Randy Foye stepped in as a starter and performed very well against Memphis. He landed three 3-pointers in the third quarter and finished the game with 18 points.
Nick Young gave the best performance yet during his fifth game with the Clippers with 16 points that included a sweet reverse layup that saw the guard spinning 360-degrees for Lob City’s last basket of the game. Chris Paul finished with 19 points and 13 assists while Blake Griffin played great with 20 points, 10 rebounds and even five assists. The Clippers concentrated more of defense, free throws and the “little stuff,” which paid off in the long run.
Going into tonight, the Clippers are up a win and ready to decimate one of the worst teams in the NBA. To make things even sweeter, the Hornets will be down their forward Jason Smith along with Chris Kaman and Eric Gordon. Join 1-800LoanMart and cheer for the Clippers tonight!
